bicycle uses post haste and castle parcels couriers to ship items out to you.  both companies have a track and trace system so you can keep an eye on where your goods are.  the company name and tracking number will be in your shipping confirmation email.

if the items in your order are in store the delivery time will be 1-4 working days. if the items in your order are not all in store and we need to order an item(s) in, the delivery time will be 3-6 working days. note: delivery may be delayed if we require payment confirmation or further address information.

bicycle will endeavour to contact you within 1 working day of your order being placed if any items are out of stock. if any items in your order are out of stock you will have the option to backorder until the item arrives, we may offer an upgrade at no extra charge, have part delivery of your order or you can cancel the entire order.  note: you will only be charged for items sent to you.

deliveries are to new zealand and australian address only. all deliveries require a signature, so make sure that someone will be present at the address given for shipping. deliveries are made monday through friday. if we receive your order by 3pm, the order will get processed that day.  there are no deliveries to po boxes.

bikes free!
bikes will be assembled and tuned before minimal disassemble for reboxing and shipping. the bike will require some reassemble. if you are not confident to do this, we recommend that you take the bike to a cycle technician.

when you shop online at bicycle.co.nz you can shop in confidence that your details are safe. all credit card payments are processed on a secure page using dps payment express. we will not sell or disclose your email address to third parties. we may however email you occasionally to inform you of new products and specials instore and online. if for any reason you no longer want to receive these emails, please inform us and we will remove you from our mailing list immediately.

bicycle wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the items for a replacement, credit note or refund. please note, postage is non refundable - the credit or refund will not include original shipping/courier costs. returned items must be in original condition with all labels, tags and packaging intact. you will be responsible for any charge incurred to courier the items back to bicycle. if we are sending you a replacement item, bicycle will cover the shipping /courier cost of this. please complete the returns slip and include with the returned item.

if we have somehow sent you the incorrect item, all courier and shipping costs will be covered by us.

prices listed are in new zealand dollars (NZD) and include goods and services tax of 15%. prices on the website bicycle.co.nz are for online and instore purchases. while we take care to ensure prices are current, they are subject to change at any time without notice. specials and promotional items are limited to stock on hand. we reserve the right to limit the number of purchases of these items per customer.

most of our product is sourced from the genuine new zealand importer and comes with original manufacture warranties. warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, wear and tear or accidents. all purchases are covered under the consumer guarantee act and fair trading act.
